SALES AGREEMENT

Air Naturel.com is a web site owned by WAF-direct company, SARL located :
Bâtiment B13 18/22 rue d'Arras 92000 Nanterre FRANCE 

The following sales agreement concerns relationships between WAF-direct and his customer.
These sale agreement concerns all countries delivered except France where the French terms and conditions shall apply.

Product

All products on Airnaturel.com are domestic products for domestic use and not professional use.
Pictures presented on Airnaturel.com are indicative. All products offered on Airnaturel.com are, in principle, available on our warehouse. In case of non availability or non acceptance from the customer of the delay from supplier, Air Naturel will offer a substitution product for the customer who can accept or decline.

Price

The prices indicated on Airnaturel.com are in EURO, eco-taxes (WEEE) included. VAT at 19,6 % included (for deliveries in European Union), delivery fees not included. There is no VAT for deliveries out of the European Union.

Eco-contribution

Since November, 15th 2006 WEEE is obligatory in France, we are registered at Ecologic.

Payment

You can pay on our website as follow :

- On line with PayPal or credit card (CB, VISA, Euro card, MasterCard, American Express). Payement is 3D secure with OGONE. Our main bank is BNP La Garenne Colombes

- On special request or up to 3.000 € we can accept SWIFT.

Delivery

All orders confirmed before 13:00 will be prepared and shipped in the afternoon, except if we have to prepare custom documents (out of the European Union) where we need an additional day. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email that confirms your tracking number.

We ship to France (including Corsica) using Colissimo or Chronopost, as well as in French overseas territories, Europe, USA, Canada and some Asian or African countries using Colissimo International.

Airnaturel.com will prepare your order with an additional carton to secure transport.

Warantee

All our products carry a one-year warantee.

We guarantee our product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover faulty usage, faulty plugging or not normal way of using. Air Naturel cannot be responsible of a faulty use of the product as well as for damages due to faulty use.
Operating a unit with an adapter other than the one supplied or any attempts made to service or modify the unit, will VOID THE WARRANTY.
For your convenience, please record the complete model number and the date of purchase below, and attach your receipt as proof of purchase.

Identification of customer

Personal information are needed for mail order sales. If you didn't fill in correctly or questionnaire we will not be able to deliver you correctly and your order will not be valid.

According the French law "informatiques et libertés" and our accreditation, the customer have access to his data and can modify, change or delete his data on simple request sent to:
